All Directors, Committee Members, Chapter Presidents, and Chapter Representatives are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Friday, March 27: (Dress Code – Casual)

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm     Welcome Reception (lobby) – Hosted by the ASCCA State Membership Committee: Light refreshments and drinks provide by the Hotel Manager’s Happy Hour

Saturday, March 28:(Dress Code - Business Casual) Location: EMBASSY SUITES

9:00 am – 9:15 am     Welcome – Pledge, Opening Comments

9:15 am – Noon          ASCCA Committee Meetings

                                       9:15 am – 10:30 am     Government Affairs

                                      10:30 am – 10:45 am    Break (transition to next meeting)

                                      10:45 am – Noon           Education, Training, & Information

Noon – 1:30 pm          Lunch

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm      Membership

2:30 pm - 2:45 pm      Break

2:45 pm - 4:30 pm      Council of Representatives

HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS:

All attendees must make their own room reservations. Our room rate is $289/night for single or double occupancy.  

 

Mention "ASC" when making your reservation or click here ASCCA Team Weekend to get the discounted rates for Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28. Call 916-326-5000 to make your reservation.

 

The cut-off date for making reservations with the hotel is Friday, March 6, 2026. Any reservations made after this date are subject to full published hotel rates. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available after our cut-off date. Please book your room ASAP to avoid not getting a room.

The nearest Airport to the Embassy Suites Sacramento is Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

PARKING:

Valet Parking is available at the hotel for $47 per day. You may self-park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. Prices may vary as it is a City-Owned garage. 

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

No shuttle Service is available through the hotel.
