Below, please find detailed information on the upcoming Team Weekend. Please Note: the schedule listed below is tentative and subject to change.

All Directors, Committee Members, Chapter Presidents, and Chapter Representatives are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Please let us know if you need any assistance with your travel planning. We are certainly available to assist you. Below please find important information to assist you with your travel planning:

Friday, November 14: (Dress Code – Casual)

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Welcome Reception (lobby) – Hosted by the ASCCA State Membership Committee: Light refreshments and drinks provide by the Hotel Manager’s Happy Hour

Saturday, November 15:(Dress Code - Business Casual)

9:00 am – 9:10 am Welcome – Pledge, Opening Comments

9:10 am – 9:15 am NEW: Introduce new members and first-time Team Weekend attendees

9:15 am – Noon ASCCA Committee Meetings

9:00 am – 10:00 am Government Affairs

10:00 am – 10:15 am Break

10:15 am – 11:00 am ETI

11:00 am – 11:15 am Break

11:15 am – 12:15 pm Membership

12:30 – 2:00 pm Awards Lunch – Installation of 2026 Board of Directors & Awards

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Council of Representatives Meeting & Onboarding

5:30 pm ASCCA group dinner (no-host bar) – ALL are welcome & encouraged to attend.

HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS:

All attendees must make their own room reservations. Our room rate is $261/night for single or double occupancy.

Make your reservation by clicking here ASCCA Team Weekend to get the discounted rate for Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15. Call 916-326-5000 to make your reservation.

The cut-off date for making reservations with the hotel is Thursday, October 30, 2025. Any reservations made after this date are subject to full published hotel rates. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available after our cut-off date. Please book your room ASAP to avoid not getting a room.

The nearest Airport to the Embassy Suites Sacramento is Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

PARKING:

Valet Parking is available at the hotel for $32 per day. You may self-park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. Prices may vary as it is a City-Owned garage.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

No shuttle Service is available through the hotel.
