Below, please find detailed information on the upcoming Team Weekend. Please Note: the schedule listed below is tentative and subject to change.

All Directors, Committee Members, Chapter Presidents, and Chapter Representatives are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: (Tentative)

Friday, May 17:(Dress Code – Casual)

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Welcome Reception (lobby) – Hosted by the ASCCA State Membership Committee: Light refreshments and drinks provided by the Hotel Manager’s Happy Hour. Grab your drink and join us in the lobby!

Saturday, May 18:(Dress Code - Business Casual)

9:00 am – 9:10 am Welcome – Pledge, Introductions, Opening Comments

9:10 am – 9:15 am NEW: Introduce new members and first-time Team Weekend attendees

9:15 am - 11:15 am Council of Representatives Meeting & Onboarding

11:30 am – 6:00 pm Pleasant Hill Art, Wine & Music Festival; $50 per person

The festival is a two-day event starting on Saturday, May 18. The $50 price is an ASCCA special price that includes unlimited wine and beer for both days, and a commemorative beer or wine glass.

Sunday, May 19:(Dress Code – Business / ASCCA Board Shirts Optional)

HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS:

All attendees must make their own room reservations. Our room rate is $209/night.

Mention “CES900” ” when making your reservation or click ASCCA Team Weekend to get the discounted rate for Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18. Call 800-497-7397 to make your reservation.

The cut-off date for making reservations with the hotel is Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Any reservations made after this date are subject to full published hotel rates. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available after our cut-off date. Please book your room ASAP to avoid not getting a room.

The nearest Airport to the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek is Oakland International Airport (OAK).

PARKING:

Self Parking is not available. Valet parking is $30.00. EV Charging, Adjacent garage has 6 charging stations. Garage is not affiliated with Hotel.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:

No shuttle Service is available through the hotel.
